Gratitude is an emotion expressing appreciation for what one has - as opposed to, say, a consumer-oriented emphasis on what one wants or needs. But it is not something we are born with. Every parent knows we
have to teach our children to say “thank you”. Why is that? Just before we celebrate Thanksgiving, in this message Bobby reveals not only why
we are ungrateful, but how we can change.

The opposite of confidence is doubt. Life is too short to spend it doubting – doubting our abilities, our faith, our convictions, and most of all God’s plan for our life. One of the basic truths of Christianity is that God has a purpose for your life. We will discover a great action plan from the Bible to help overcome doubts and live the life God has for us.

There is a fear for just about everything. The thing about fear is that it limits us. The fear of heights limits you from flying. The fear of plants limits you from enjoying some of God’s most beautiful handiwork. Bibliophobia, the fear of books, limits you from endless wisdom and entertainment. Fear limits us, especially if we are afraid of failing. In this message I will show how we can overcome the fears that limit our potential.

Mike Reiszner, the founder of Coreluv, will share with us how we can go beyond ourselves and rise up to defend the orphan, for they cannot defend themselves.

Arguments can get us into a lot of trouble. One of the most common complaints you will hear is "We just can't seem to get along” Married couples say, “We argue so much. We love each other. Why is it we have major blowups over such minor issues?" It happens in other relationships as well. Life is too short to be arguing all the time, so in this message I point out what causes arguments and what it takes to avoid arguing altogether.

If you ask most people what you have to do to get into heaven (assuming they believe in heaven or an afterlife), the overwhelming response will be some form of “being a good person.” Most, if not all, religions and worldly philosophies are ethically based. Whether it’s Islam, Judaism, or secular humanism, the teaching is common that getting to heaven is a matter of being a good person—following the Ten Commandments or the precepts of the Quran or the Golden Rule. In this message we will learn from Jesus that being good is not good enough.

RESPONSIBILITIES. We all have them. But we don't all take them as seriously as we ought to. Wouldn't it be great, though, if we all took responsibility for the things we are responsible for? Wouldn't it be great if you took responsibility for everything you're responsible for? It's time to stop the finger-pointing and excuse-making and to remove the "IR" in irresponsible.
