God, I know You give grace to the humble. So I ask You, God, to do a deep work in my heart and break me. Break me of my pride. Break me of my selfishness. Break me of anything that keeps me from knowing You. As hard as it is to ask, God, do whatever it takes to break me.

Heavenly Father, as hard as this is for me, I’m asking You to search me. Search me, God, and know my heart. God, test my motives. Reveal to me my anxious thoughts. Show me anything in me that offends You. God, I want to see in me what You see in me so I can become more like Jesus. God, I ask You to search me.

Passage: John 15:1
Series: I Am Jesus
Jesus was preparing the eleven men He had left for His pending crucifixion, His resurrection, and His subsequent departure for heaven. He gave them this great metaphor of the True Vine as one of His encouragements. Jesus wanted His friends, not only those eleven, but those of all time, to know that He was not going to desert them, even though they would no longer enjoy His physical presence. Join us for the conclusion of I AM JESUS.

Passage: John 11:14
Series: I Am Jesus
Her brother was dead. Even though Martha was a woman of faith and had no doubt that God could handle the future, she wasn’t all that sure that He could handle the present. Jesus tells her her brother will rise again, but she missed the fact that the resurrection is not an event, it’s a Person. Celebrate Easter at Creek’s End and discover what Jesus meant when He said, “I Am the resurrection and the life.”

Passage: John 8:1

The dictionary defines light as “something that makes vision possible”, or to be more technical, “electromagnetic radiation of any wavelength that travels in a vacuum with a speed of about 186,281 miles per second; specifically: such radiation that is visible to the human eye.” Those are technical definitions of light, but the concept of light is so much more than that. When Jesus said, “I am the light of the world,” what did He mean? The answer may surprise you.

Passage: John 10:1
Series: I Am Jesus
Sheep are the dumbest animals. You’ll never see one in a circus. They can’t learn tricks. Sheep get lost easily, are basically defenseless, and they are very stubborn. No wonder the Bible refers to us as sheep. And sheep need a shepherd. Come discover what Jesus meant when He said “I Am the Good Shepherd.”

Baptism is an extraordinarily important thing, and extraordinarily impactful when done the right way. We get so many emails and questions about it that I decided to spend an entire service talking about it. The reason this is so important is when you read the New Testament, every time a person crosses the line of faith to follow Christ, any time somebody has an AHA moment about Jesus, the Bible says they went out immediately and were baptized.

Time for a Q&A with God: is anyone truly innocent? Either way, the writer wants God to lead him into righteousness. This is a psalm written in trouble; and, in a world like this, there will be always many hearts that can fully sympathize with the sentiments which are expressed in it.

A woman seizes the opportunity to invest in God’s work by providing shelter for one of God’s called servants. That investment invites God to do some incredible things in her life, starting with getting a child she had always wanted but could never have. In this message, we’ll discover ridiculous faith leads to ridiculous investment in God’s work, and I will introduce something I believe God wants our church to do. Get ready – it’s ridiculous.

Every one of us goes through times when we feel disconnected with God. We go through dry spells and one day we wake up and recognize that we’re not as close to God as we use to be. You don’t lose your salvation, but you do lose the joy of it. You lose the passion. You lose the power. You lose the confidence. You lose the closeness that you felt to God. In this message God uses Elisha to ridiculously recover an ax head that fell in the water. It shows us that we CAN recover our spiritual edge.

A businessman says, “I am so far in a financial hole I can never dig myself out.” A single mother of three works a full time job and cleans houses on the side. She says, “There’s just too much. I don’t have any help; I can’t raise these kids.” A widow about to lose her sons to a debtor was desperate for the prophet's help. Her last possession was a jar of olive oil. Elisha told her to collect as many jars as she could, then God did more than she could imagine. When you find yourself on “empty”, you can experience God’s ridiculous provision when you have ridiculous faith.
